1. If you cannot walk-in to pick up your film strip, please add it to your cart and proceed with payment.

2. Ensure that the recipient's name, phone number, and address are correctly entered.

3. Processing may take up to 1 week.

1. For those unable to pick up in-store, add your film strip to the cart and complete the payment.

2. Confirm the accuracy of the recipient's details.

3. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your items. Fees vary by location.

2. Processing and Shipping: Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and shipment. After shipping, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

3. Carriers: Domestic orders are shipped via Pos Malaysia, and international orders via EMS.

4. Transit Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, including during peak periods like holidays or due to extreme weather conditions. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely arrival.

5. Lost Shipments: We are not liable for shipments lost by carriers. Any resolution efforts will be made in good faith.

6. Undeliverable Packages: We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to reasons such as recipient refusal, closure of recipient’s business, inability to locate the address, or lack of a recipient at the delivery location on initial or subsequent attempts.

7. Returned Packages: If a package is returned, you are responsible for the cost of return postage and any additional costs to reship your package.
