How do I get started with fine art giclée printing?

1. Upload the photos you’d like to print, then specify the size and finish you want.
2. We’ll send you an email with your invoice for online payment.
3. Once your prints are ready for pickup or delivery, we’ll notify you by email again.

Question 2

How long does it usually take to receive the photos after payment?

Accepted Answer

Normally, prints will be ready in 3 days after we receive your payment. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll promptly begin printing your photos.

• For in-store pickup, we’ll email you when your prints are ready for collection.
 • For delivery, we’ll also email you with the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

*Kindly note that print orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as issues with customer-provided file size or ratio, paper shortages, printer maintenance, technical problems, or other unexpected issues.

How long does it take to receive the invoice after uploading?

Once we receive your request and confirm it meets all requirements (e.g., image resolution, aspect ratio, etc.), we’ll email you an invoice.

Our customer service hours are from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you place your order during this time, we’ll send you an invoice within one hour for online payment. We accept GrabPay, FPX, and credit card payment.

How can I request a white border on my photo?

If you require a white border, please let us know the exact width you need; alternatively, you may include the border in your submitted image. Fine art giclée printing is priced according to the final dimensions, and any white border will be included in the calculation.

Apart from Hahnemühle, are there other media choices available?

Accepted Answer

In addition to Hahnemühle,(https://www.hahnemuehle.com/en/index.html) we also offer Epson media. However, due to supply inconsistencies with Epson, we primarily recommend Hahnemühle. If you’re interested in any Hahnemühle media we don’t currently carry, please feel free to inquire.

What are your printer’s maximum print dimensions?

Our printer supports up to 42″ (approx. 1067 mm) in width:

• Roll mode: continuous printing up to 590.55″ (approx. 14999mm);
 • Cut-sheet mode: single-sheet maximum 80″ (approx. 2032 mm).
Actual printable length may vary based on driver settings, layout software, or file resolution. For extra-long prints, consider segmenting or discussing special requirements in advance.
