1. File Requirements • Customers must upload high-resolution files that match the selected print dimensions. • If the file resolution is insufficient or does not meet requirements, our customer service will contact you to re-upload or offer optimization advice. 2. Color & Print Variance • Due to differences between screen display and print media, the finished colors may slightly vary from the preview. 3. Sizing & Cropping • Print dimensions are based on the net size selected in your order. • If your photo’s aspect ratio does not exactly match the chosen size, minor edge cropping may occur. 4. Ordering & Payment • After uploading and selecting specifications, please complete online payment within 7 days (GrabPay, FPX, and credit cards accepted). • Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically canceled and must be re-upload. 5. Production & Turnaround • Once payment is confirmed, photo printing is generally completed within 1-2 working days, and fine art prints will be ready in 3 working days. • During peak periods or for special materials (e.g., fine art giclée), production time may be extended; customer service will notify you if so. 6. Pickup & Delivery • In-Store Pickup: You will receive an email notification when your prints are ready; orders are held for 7 business days, after which unclaimed prints are forfeited. • Post Delivery: Tracking information is provided on the day of shipment; delivery times depend on local courier services. 7. Cancellations & Refunds • Orders can be canceled at any time before production begins for a full refund; once production starts, refunds are not available, and any changes will incur material and reprint fees. • Costs for reprints due to customer errors (e.g., wrong size or quantity) are the customer’s responsibility. 8. Quality Assurance & Disputes • If equipment issues cause production delays, we will notify you promptly and arrange next steps. • If you notice any major print defects, please take a photo of the issue on the day you receive your order and reach out to our customer service for assistance. 9. Privacy & Copyright • We print your photos solely for this order and will not use them for other commercial purposes. • Uploaded photo files are automatically deleted within 30 days after order completion. • You must hold the rights to any images you upload; you assume all liability for copyright disputes. 10. Force Majeure & Liability • We are not liable for delays or defects caused by logistics issues, natural disasters, power outages, network failures, or other force-majeure events, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
